The photo above was the last time I saw Huck and Willow together ~ it was Mother's Day. Their bond has always been a special one. Today was no different. It warmed my heart to be a part of their interaction ~ limited as it is these days. Lacking most was the ability to so freely give the hugs we so often share.
Hugs,
Karis

keep smiling.
awesome attitude.
I'm not so sure about the shatter proof glass and video monitors, but I'd love to see my kids get along some day.
Considering the circumstances, this is quite heart warming. Thanks for being a part of the Sunday 160, Karis.

Like I said before, it's great to have you back ....G
A bittersweet reunion, but glad that smiles could still flourish. It sounds like strength is needed by all parties in your life right now. Peace to you all.
I loved it. The picture that, even through barriers, it's possible to have a loving relationship.
Aww love watching my kids enjoy each other
Enjoy each moment
Wishing you more smiling stances ahead.. :)

Rescue from disaster takes many forms, sometimes it even takes the form of handcuffs and bars.
I'm grateful you're sharing this experience!
That you share these matters is good for you--and for us. Thanks!
And smiling! THAT'S serenity!
What is...is. And we move into the next 'dimension' of our lives.
