To whet the appetite ~ here is the menu that will be served up to my new clients for this week:
Fresh Fish Packet, served with a squash medley and orzo with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil
Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak, served with garlic spinach and sauteed sweet onions and mushrooms
Artichoke Lemon Chicken, served with Jasmine rice and roasted tomatoes
Spinach & Mushroom Quiche, served with rosemary roasted asparagus and minted fruit salad
In a word, YUM!
I leave you with a special scrapping page I created a few days ago. The photos were taken at the farmhouse on the hillside town in Provence where we wound up our culinary tour and training of France, all a part of my professional training I began in Denver ~ shortly after I declared my departure from the world of technology to enter the amazing, senses-filled, satisfying world of food.
